Terms and data
Version 2026-10-15
This is a draft for the invitation stage. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet; full terms will replace it before the service opens to the public.
Upload statement
- I own the rights to the files I upload, or the rights holder has given me sufficient permission, for this service to store and read them and to give the results to the AI agents I connect.
- My uploads are kept until I delete them.
- I will not upload third-party code I am not licensed to share, material I must keep confidential, credentials or passwords.
- Each reading records which codes the parser could not read and how often — not the text inside my files and not their names. I choose on my Account page how many days (1–30) these records are kept.
- This service is not an NI service and its readings can be wrong. I will not change or deploy control logic on its output alone.
What the service keeps
- Your uploads: kept until you delete them. Only you can open them; the administrator can reach them on the host.
- Copies you let us keep: kept only when the parser met something it could not read, to improve it. You can withdraw them at any time.
- Your account: email, name, company, the reason you gave, and your password as a scrypt hash. Deleting your account signs you out at once; everything is removed 7 days later.
- API keys, sign-in links and sessions are stored only as hashes.
- Upload ledger: time, size, file count and source of each upload, no file names; kept for the quota period (30 days).
- Reading records and issue reports: kept 1–30 days, as you set on your Account page.
- Password-protected VIs: only their identity is returned, never their front panel or block diagram.
- Uploaded files and kept copies are not backed up, so deleting them deletes them.
- The service sends no email; your sign-in link comes from the person who approved you.
